My Journey to the Wii
Living in a small town has it's setbacks. I normally have to wait a while till the latest gadgets come in the market, wait till the rates go down.........
Equipped with an internet connection the only thing I can say is that ignorance can be a blessing at times because over the past few months only I know how hard it is to watch youtube videos o' people getting the Wii console and partying (0=
I found a console in the local market but the price tag was US$500 and it was an American Console, long story short, with the extra problems o' converting the power supply and all I had to forego the console. Along came out plan to head to Karachi that's where I finally found 'My True Love' (0= at US$400 only. Of course that too is $150 higher than the original price tag but browsing through Amazon I realized that IS the current rate.
I've bought The Godfather, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Far Cry Vengence.
So far the whole Wii experience is like totally out of this world to be precise without sounding cliche (0=
I've had the chance of playing virtual reality games back in 1997 and never experienced anything like it again. Of course the helmet was a pain in the neck........
The best thing about the game is that it keeps you moving so you don't slouch and keep playing for hours, yeah you actually get tired when you play the game (0=

It wasn't available at most stores because you normally find hard core gamers around here.......
A friend o' mine in the US says that waiting lists don't work at all, I guess you'll have to rely on luck (0=
