The 3rd week begins
This entry has long been due.
Today marked the start of the third week of my struggle for fitness. I just have green tea (with a teaspoon of sugar) for breakfast and a single slice tuna sandwhich along with a tomato.
I remember reading in a bodybuilding magazine that the chemical that gives tomatoes their red pigment is really good for muscular growth. The benefits of fish are well known-Omega 3 plus it's white meat so like totally fat free muscle growth (0=
Dinner is quite normal just so I don't starve myself.
The gym's around 2 kilometers from my house and I try to maintain a fast pace as I go there on foot.
Once back at home I put some lemon juice in a little water and swallow the thing, I've heard the citrus helps burn fat.
Did I mention lemon juice is very effective in removing dandruff? Yeah try squeezing a lemon into a mug and pour it on your hair before you shampoo. I helped me a great deal. (WARNING: I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SIDE EFFECTS, though I didn't have any)
Back to the topic!
I try to lift decent weights and work out my obliques just to boost the whole 'comin into shape' process.
So far I've discovered newfound energy within me and I hope that's motivation enough to keep me going.
On the weekend we do some massive grilling and I have quite alot but I guess it's just a way of treating myself and not depriving myself of the pleasures of life. I'm actually enjoying food and no longer feel stuffed to the throat after meals.
